Finished: Speckle

I finished Amanda Keep’s Speckle cardigan last night, knit in Debbie Bliss Baby Cashmerino.

It’s size 3 months for my little baby Jonah.

Overall, it was a fun pattern.  The fabric knit up quick.  I’ve been doing so many top down sweaters lately, I had forgotten how long finishing can take when everything is in pieces…forever.  I really like how the button band is in linen stitch, that was a nice touch on the designer’s part.  Obviously I still need buttons…

    It’s really cute, so tiny… I, too, find that finishing always takes an eternity. I prefer knitting the parts ;-)
