Work even in est patt, ending with row 9 of 4th chart rep
It should be row 18 of 2nd chart rep. There will be a total of 4 chevron repeats before the waist ribbing
Heart Pants:
Page 106: Under finishing, there should be instructions for seaming the legs and crotch.
Using mattress stitch, seam up the inside of one leg, continue seaming across the crotch, and then down the inside of the second leg. Weave in ends.
