Featherweight Cardigan

Have you knit yourself a Featherweight Cardigan yet?  This top down cardigan is an easy knit, making it a great first garment for beginner knitters. The possibilities are endless for knitters of all skill levels!  You can get gauge using lace weight or fingering weight yarn, depending on how whispery you want your knit fabric to be.  Since it's worked from the top down, you can easily add length to the sleeves and body.  The collar is picked up and knit last.  You may knit it in stockinette stitch, ribbing, or a stitch pattern.  There are some especially sharp versions of Featherweight out there knit with stripes, like this one!
