Oh dear, it appears there is an error in the Carrot Cardigan instructions that is baffling some knitters.
I will set it straight.
Gauge 24 sts and 33 rows = 4” in St st on smaller needle
(note: this is an adjustment, it is printed incorrectly as on larger needles)
Tools
• Size 6 (4 mm): 32” or longer circular (cir) needle
• Size 8 (5 mm): 32” or longer cir needle
The size 6 needle is used for the entire sweater except for the last few inches of the collar. This is knit on a bigger needle to help it fold over nicely.
Hope this clears it up for most people, spread the word!

It’s here! I can’t believe it.

The three designs featured in this issue are such a blur in my mind. I worked them all up during my pregnancy, which feels like it was another lifetime. But here they are, and I appreciate all the positive feedback from you knitters thus far.
40 copies just arrived, they will in the knitbot store soon!
Malabrigo Lace Update: Guess what, it has shipped!! So it will be in the store beginning of next week, yeah!

Some beautiful colors of Organik and Fresco just arrived, soon to be added to the knitbot store.

The Fibre Company Organik is the yarn I used for the Lapis Yoke Pullover

Colors that just arrived:

Aquatic Forest

Magma

Heather Moorland

Seawater

Classic Elite Yarn’s Fresco is what I used for both the Carrot Cardigan and the Lightweight Pullover.

Colors that just arrived:

Bittersweet

Rootbeer

Port Royale

Charcoal

Cinder
Malabrigo Lace, well it’s still on it’s way. Apparently my order was quite large and so continues to take a long time to fill. Very soon is what I’ve been told.
I also have 40 copies of Knitscene arriving any day now. Soon we’ll be fully stocked!
AND…I promise you I’ve also been doing some actual knitting, will share soon.

My fabulous sample knitter just sent me the Wispy Cardi knit in Canopy Fingering. Isn’t it beautiful!?

Even though the yarn is fingering instead of lace weight, the alpaca and bamboo blended in with the wool keep it whispery. Love!
It gladly joins it’s sister cardigans.
