This was a super fun lace pattern, and it worked up nice and quick with dk yarn.  I used some Fibre Company Khroma that I've been saving for years now, for just the right project.  Do you ever hold on to yarn so long that it becomes almost holy, and no project is ever good enough for it?  Well, this yarn had definitely fallen into that category, but I forced myself to use it, and I am SO glad I did, I love this little shawlet, and I plan to wrap my little baby in it as well!

Moving On

It has been raining for just about a month now here in Maine.  This is not the usual, and people are getting pretty fed up with it, as we all watch our summer being washed away.  This would have been great knitting weather.  Instead, during this time I was packing up one house and moving into another one...which is good!  But I don't have much in the way of knitting to share.  I assure you, there will be soon... cherry.jpg
