Knitbot Collection in motion

Knitbot sweaters in motion.

At last weeks photo shoot I was able to do something I've wanted to do for a long time: shoot video of the Knitbot collection.  Some time's it's hard to get a real sense of a sweater without being able to see it from all sides, in motion.  My apologies for the slightly shaky footage...I was standing on slippery rocks without a tripod when I shot this.  Get out the sea sick bands and enjoy!

Thanks to Kaye for modeling!

A few Knitbot classics

This morning I was up SO early with the Quince crew photographing my fall collection.  I can't wait to show it off to you in the next few weeks.

In the meantime...I also took the opportunity to rephotograph a few classic Knitbot sweaters, including the original Featherweight Cardigan in Malabrigo Lace Frank Ochre.

These are all outtakes from the Knitbot trunk show in motion: that's right, video.  More on that later this week...

Late August

It feels like summer is winding down here in Maine.  The weather is still beautiful, but you can you feel the slight change in the air that reminds us that fall is around the corner.  It's always a busy time of year.  I'm trying to get myself and my family outside as much as possible to soak up what's left of these warm summer days.  And I'm deep into my fall collection.  I can't wait to share these sweaters with you, I love them.

I took a sunrise walk out to where we'll be photographing all the new designs next week.  Pretty nice, right?   Yay, Maine!
