It's the Mariner's Pullover, sized for little babies all the way up through women's sizes.

It's knit in one piece, and then you seam the arms and sides.  I'll post more details later.

Here's the info from Interweave:

Finished Size 23 (24½, 26½, 29, 31½, 35½, 39, 43, 46½, 50, 54)" chest/bust circumference. Sweaters shown measure 23" and 35". First 5 sizes are designed for children as foll: to fit 6–12 months (12–18 months, 2–4 years, 6–8 years, 10–12 years), and 6 largest sizes are designed for adults. Yarn Classic Elite Soft Linen (35% linen, 35% wool, 30% alpaca; 137 yd [125 m]/50 g): 3 (3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13) skeins. Shown in #2250 Inca gold and #2285 Cathay. Needles Size 5 (3.75 mm): 32" circular (cir) needle. Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain the correct gauge. Notions Stitch holders; tapestry needle; 4 (4, 6, 8, 8, 8, 8, 8, 10, 10, 10) buttons, ½" diameter. Gauge 23 sts and 31 rows = 4" in St st; 24 sts and 40 rows = 4" in half linen st.

My precious Tree Lined Cardigan!  I've had this in the works for years and it needed a good home.

Information from Interweave:

Finished Size 25 (27¼, 29¾)" chest circumference, to fit a 2–3 (4–6, 6–8) year-old. Cardigan shown measures 27¼". Yarn Louet Gems Sport (100% merino; 225 yd [206 m]/100 g): #17 shamrock (MC), 2 (2, 3) balls; #55 willow (CC1) and #39 fern (CC2), 1 ball each. Needles Body and sleeves—size 5 (3.75 mm): 24" circular (cir). Ribbing— size 4 (3.5 mm): 24" cir. Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain the correct gauge. Notions Stitch holders; tapestry needle; seven ½" buttons. Gauge 24 sts and 32 rows = 4" in St st on larger needle.

We started our Wispy Cardi here. The completed shrug should look something like this:

Before you can pickup stitches for the collar and waist, you need to seam your sleeves.

Now it looks something like this.

Pickup stitches along the bind off edge at underarm, along the base of the shrug, along the other underarm, then along the top of the shrug.
